Origin understand that technical services is an integral part of speciality coffee and one of the quickest growing parts of our industry. They continue to invest in their technical department and are looking to expand the team with several positions available for immediate start. Origin have an ever-growing technical services team and department and you will be well supported.
You must have a background in speciality coffee with a passionate interest in engineering. Practical skills are a must and full training and development will be provided. Origin work predominantly with La Marzocco and the job will include full immersion into their brand and experience. Our technicians work with a varied range of equipment including La Marzocco’s new KB90 and Modbar, which can be found at our shops in Shoreditch and Southwark.

Seasonality, provenance and traceability are at the heart of our supply chain. Our core business is wholesale supply and retail servicing for independent and multi-site cafes, hotels and hospitality businesses across the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Servicing, maintenance, installation and uplifts of espresso and filter equipment.
• Evening callout’s early starts and occasional weekend cover.
• Working as part of the technical services team.
• The role will be customer facing so good customer service and personal presentation is a prerequisite.
• Full training provided including electrical installation.
