This position would be ideal for someone interested in becoming involved in the speciality coffee industry on a professional level. Brown and Rosie is expanding and we are looking for people who want to come along for the journey!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the speciality coffee industry, and will be comfortable calibrating grinders, free-pouring latte art and maintaining equipment. You should be able to work in a busy environment and have a passion for excellent customer service.
In return, you will get to work in a fun and exciting shop in a vibrant area. We will develop your coffee knowledge with training provided by Australian Coffee Roaster, Pablo&Rusty’s. Will be using Pablo and Rusty’s specialty blends and single origins, an Australian based roaster. Ideal candidates will be skilled and passionate, have strong communication and customer service skills and have experience using specialty coffee in a high volume environment. Must be able to operate with attention to detail in both body and quiet periods.
Baristas will need to have a grasp on free pour latte art and grind adjustment.
