We’re seeking a natural leader to guide our cool team of junior and senior baristas to create the ultimate coffee moment for everyone at our culture clash residence. The ideal candidate will be competent managing the day-to-day operation, forecast sales to determine ordering trends, and report results to key stakeholders across our business. To maintain relationships with local coffee roasters, liaise with F&B managers to develop new products, and promote the best via our social media platforms.
You are a speciality coffee fanatic. You are so industry forward. You have insight and wisdom ready to share and build a robust team of A players. You have valuable experience in a similar lifestyle brand at Café Manager level. You are pro-active and use pressure as a cannon to drive business to the next level.
